I created SheStayFit because I know what it feels like to juggle all the things—work, relationships, family, self-doubt—and still crave a space where you can feel strong, seen, and supported in your wellness journey.

For years, I struggled with the idea that fitness had to look a certain way. I thought it meant punishing workouts, fad diets, and chasing perfection. But what I learned—and what I want to share with you—is that true wellness comes from a place of self-love, consistency, and inner strength.
