  1. Pick a 2-hour window on Sunday that feels protected — this is your reset sacred space.
  2. Set the vibe: light a candle, play soft music, and move slowly as you tidy, plan, or prep.
  3. Write down one *feeling* you want to carry into Monday — and build your routine around that vibe.
